At Avadh Accessories, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,
we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive
damaged or incorrect.
Sale/discounted items may also be non-returnable unless defective
Refunds
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong product
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theavadhaccessories@gmail.com with: - Your order number
- Photos of the item/package
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items based on product availability.
To request an exchange, email us with your order details.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
If the return is due to our mistake, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
